In this workshop, the focus will be on how alignment can help you find your mental and physical balance. Being restless can disturb our inner balance. 

Working with balance is important in many yoga poses (arm balances, inversions, and even the standing poses). It is also a very important part of our daily lives that becomes even more important as we age.


THIS WORKSHOP WILL HELP YOU:


  • Being firm, well supported and fully aware of your body in asanas will allow the mind to become calm.
  • Balancing poses require total involvement and leave little room for disturbances.
  • Balancing poses develop lightness, strength, and agility and promote tremendous control over the body.
  • These poses develop muscle tone and increase coordination, concentration, and focus. By practicing outer balance you can cultivate your inner silence.

B.K.S. Iyengar jóga nás učí, jak odstranit disbalance v různých situacích v rámci naší praxe a jak praktikovat tak, abychom si zbytečně neubližovali. (špatné držení těla apod). Také si více uvědomíme sami sebe a nalezneme rovnováhu v sobě i v našem životě.

Tento workshop je otevřen pro všechny úrovně od začátečníků po pokročilé, od flexibilních po ty neflexibilní. Jóga je pro všechny 😊

B.K.S.Iyengar yoga teaches us how to recognize ways that we are overusing or understanding various parts. As we become more aware and begin to correct these imbalances. We also become more aware of other parts of ourselves and lives that need balancing?

This workshop is open for beginner to advanced, flexible or no flexible people. Yoga is for everybody.
